Data we collect

• Account: display name, email (from Apple, Google, or magic link).
• List content: item names, quantity, unit, store, notes.
• Device: push notification token, locale, timezone.
• Security logs: IP address and user agent for sign-in and account events.

How we use it

Data runs your shared list, sync, and optional shopping notifications. No ads, no sale, no tracking.

Who we share with

• Group members: your display name and list text.
• Processors: Azure Communication Services (email), Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple Push Notification service.

Retention and deletion

Delete your account in Settings. Deletion removes identities, anonymizes the account, and clears IP and user agent from security logs. Details: account deletion.
